You may request a return within 30 days, subject to the conditions below.

For most online purchases delivered in the UK, consumers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. This statutory right applies regardless of our additional 30-day return policy.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under our additional 30-day policy, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • In their original packaging, with stationery accessories unopened where applicable.

  • Returned with all original components and accessories.

Certain items may be subject to legal exceptions. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

3. How to Request a Return

We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed. Please do not send items to an address without receiving confirmation from us.
